Sober Companionship for Corporate Executives
Over a decade ago, I was a corporate executive who turned to alcohol and pain pills to cope with the grind. My addiction brought me to a breaking point, but it also led me to a life in recovery. After completing two treatment programs, I rebuilt my life.
Today, as a Certified Neuroscience and Recovery Coach, Neuroeducator, and Sober Companion, I’m committed to helping executives like you overcome addiction, maintain sobriety, and thrive in recovery.
Having experienced the life of an executive, a life in addiction, and now a life in recovery, I am uniquely qualified to understand and relate to my clients. I’m a straight shooter. My relationship with you is highly confidential.
Your organization counts on you, you can count on me.
What Is a Sober Companion?
A sober companion is a confidential, dedicated partner in your journey to sobriety, offering guidance, support, and practical strategies to help you achieve or maintain recovery.
For corporate executives, this means having a trusted ally by your side during business days, social events, business travel, weekends, or other professional commitments, helping you stay grounded and focused on your sobriety goals.
In addition to my neuroscience and recovery credentials, I am credentialed in nutrition science and fitness. I bring a holistic approach to wellness - eating, exercising and sleeping properly create the foundation for personal development.
Why Work with a Sober Companion?
As someone who’s lived through the pressures of corporate life, struggled with addiction, and embraced recovery, I bring a unique perspective to my clients. My approach is:
Non-judgmental and compassionate: I understand your challenges and will meet you where you are.
Confidential: Your privacy is my priority, ensuring you feel safe sharing your experiences.
Custom-tailored: Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your specific goals, needs, and aspirations.
How Neuroscience Supports Your Sobriety
My neuroscience training allows me to guide you in understanding how addiction affects your brain and how to rewire it to break the cycle of addiction. By exploring the neurological aspects of addiction, I help executives regain control of their thought patterns, behaviors, and lives.
You command your organization; I’ll help you command your brain.
Why This Matters for Your Career
The longer addiction goes unaddressed, the more it can jeopardize your health, career, and personal relationships. Taking action now can prevent these potential consequences and open the door to a more fulfilling life.
When you prioritize your well-being, you not only improve your personal health but also elevate your performance as a leader. Your organization relies on you to perform at your best, and by embracing sobriety, you’ll find new levels of clarity, focus, and energy.
